Noc Support
Key Responsibilities
• Network Monitoring:
• Continuously monitor network systems, servers, and infrastructure using monitoring tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot system alerts, outages, and performance issues.
• Maintain situational awareness of network health to prevent potential issues.
• Incident Management:
• Respond promptly to network incidents, investigate root causes, and provide resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams as per defined protocols.
• Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in IT systems (e.g., ITGlue).
• System Maintenance & Upgrades:
• Assist with routine network maintenance, including system updates and backups.
• Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure upgrades and implementations.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies for change management.
• Client Support:
• Provide remote technical support to clients as needed.
• Ensure all customer SLAs are met by following appropriate escalation procedures.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of network performance and incidents.
• Manage all documentation in ITGlue for easy reference and compliance purposes.
